Responsibilities:
- Provide support for desktops, servers, network systems, IT operations, and cybersecurity-related matters.
- Assist in the audit, monitoring, and enforcement of IT assets, security controls, standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Support network and infrastructure activities, including upgrades, configuration changes, maintenanc e, and system relocations.
- Manage and support network and server environments, including server clusters and related security administration.
