Job Description Provide day-to-day technical support to staff Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and general IT issues Support internet, Wi-Fi and network connectivity problems Set up, configure and maintain computers, printers, email accounts and software applications Maintain IT equipment inventory and coordinate with vendors when required Provide IT administrative work Requirements Diploma or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science or related field Experience in IT support, helpdesk or a similar role Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking and Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 Able to troubleshoot issues efficiently and work independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Responsible, organized and service-oriented
