Job Description
This position will be based full-time in our Houston, TX office located in CityCentre. This role will support NuScale's Executive team and will be required to travel as needed. Candidates must be able to clearly demonstrate prior experience supporting senior level personnel within a corporate environment.
POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Helpdesk Supervisor, the IT Executive Support – level 4 position works directly with company executives across all departments to ensure the smooth operation of IT related equipment and software. This position is expected to follow through on support requests, changes, and projects as necessary to ensure customer support standards are met or exceeded. This position is an escalation point for complex technical issues and will take ownership of incidents, problems, projects, and systems. While not directly responsible for managing staff, this role will act as a technical team lead. This position does require occasional travel.
