Position : IT Executive Location : Loyang Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 Basic + 1-2 Months VB + Annual Increment + 14 Days Annual Leave (Additional 1 Day Every Year) + $500 Flexi Benefit Duration : Perm Industry : Retail
Responsibilities: Support IT initiatives, digital projects, and system enhancement activities Assist with business process mapping, documentation, and improvement Gather user requirements, support system testing, and maintain related documentation Prepare basic dashboards, reports, and data analysis for business reporting Provide daily IT support to users across on-site, off-site, and remote environments Assist with IT asset tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and basic IT procurement Support cybersecurity awareness and good IT security practices Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and offshore partners on assigned tasks Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and support audit ...
