Job Description

MathVision has been operating in Singapore for 18 years, and in that time, we’ve taught over 20,000 students. We are passionate about education and are looking for an IT & Facilities Officer to join us on our growth journey.

The IT & Facilities Officer will be responsible for the daily technology needs of the office and oversee the smooth operation of workplace facilities. This role combines hands‑on IT support with responsibility for maintaining a safe and well‑functioning office environment.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support

  • Support IT infrastructure across hardware, software, and network.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other devices.
  • Provide technical support for IT issues, managing requests from start to resolution.
  • Monitor network connectivity and coordinate with vendors if issues arise.
