Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and perform on-site technical services across Assigned Regions – travel required
- Remotely or guide installations of any client IT Shared System
- Knowledge transfer: build and maintain knowledge pages for Field Support
- Technical focal point for any question raised by IT Service Desk Support or Field Engineers during an on-site activity. This may require working outside business hours
- Monitoring equipment, preparing purchasing requests for materials needed for each project and writing daily and monthly reports regarding maintenance work provided
- Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve all IT related issues locally or remotely from both internal departments and external providers, vendors or clients
- Communication with clients as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, or agreed outages
