PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Key responsibilities and tasks that the role performs)
- Financial Controls, Governance and Management: Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable process specifically for high-value IT vendors (AWS, SaaS providers, hardware OEMs).
- Budget vs. Actual (BVA) Analysis: Provide granular variance analysis on IT projects, identifying cost overruns before they plateau or become systemic issues.
- Unit Cost Modeling: Develop models to track the cost to serve, helping the organization understand the financial impact of specific technology stacks, infrastructure or projects.
- Contract Optimization: Work with procurement to review commercial terms in Master Agreements to ensure they align with the BNM/DTS strategic tech spending & goals.
