Responsibilities
Deployment Coordination
- Act as the bridge between IT and OT to prepare and run smooth deployments.
- Coordinate IT tasks (network, cybersecurity, servers, databases, AD) with regional/local teams.
- Verify prerequisites before go-live (IPs, firewall rules, backups, licenses).
Readiness & Cutover
- Support cutover planning and execution with Project Managers and Experts.
- Align IT resources, schedules, and change windows.
- Handle escalations and drive GO/NO-GO preparation.
Transition to Operations
- Ensure updated documentation, runbooks, and ITSM routing.
- Confirm monitoring dashboards are set up.
- Facilitate smooth handover to Operations & Support.
Management of IT for OT coordinators in the other regions (RAP & RAM)
