The role involves a combination of operational support, IT infrastructure project delivery, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across networking, virtualisation, systems, security, storage, backup, and cloud-integrated services. The IT Infrastructure Engineer works closely with internal IT teams, including Cyber Security, Helpdesk, and Development teams, as well as clinical departments, vendors, and third-party providers, to ensure stable, secure, and resilient infrastructure services within a complex healthcare environment supporting 24x7x365 operations.
