Primary Responsibilities:

- Coordinate response to IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations
- Plan and implement IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Oversee the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines
- Ensure IT infrastructure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and implement security measures to protect against threats.
