Basic Salary: RM6000 - RM7500
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator to manage and track the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure orders.
In this role, you will act as the key coordination point between customers, engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders ensuring infrastructure services, equipment, and provisioning activities are delivered on time and to standard .
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Tracking
- Track IT infrastructure orders from initiation through completion
- Monitor milestones, dependencies, and SLAs
- Ensure all documentation, approvals, and requirements are complete
- Identify and resolve delays, risks, and process bottlenecks
