Job Description
Our client is currently hiring for the position of IT Infrastructure Support Executive.
Responsibilities- Implement, maintain & support IT infrastructure components, including cloud technologies, servers, network devices, storage, and backup systems
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
- Support Microsoft 365 Suite, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and print services
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, system diagrams, and configuration records
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for infrastructure support
