About the Role
SM Investments Corporation is looking for a driven IT Helpdesk or Tech Support Intern to support daily IT operations and gain hands‑on experience in technical support and user assistance.
What You’ll Do
- Provide first‑level support for basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user concerns
- Help with setup and configuration of IT equipment
- Support user account requests (e.g., access, password resets)
- Log and monitor tickets in the helpdesk system
- Assist in IT documentation and inventory
