Job Description
We are seeking a proactive IT Administrator (3-4 years experience) to manage the digital infrastructure and security for our corporate office and 6 clinical sites. You will lead our Google Workspace strategy, enforce 'Zero Trust' security, ensure strict PDPA compliance, and drive operational efficiency by implementing AI-powered workflows. Key Responsibilities
1. Google Workspace, Identity & Security Admin & Governance: Manage OUs, Groups, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Security Hardening: Implement MFA, Context-Aware Access, and MDM policies to secure clinical data on all company mobile devices and workstations.
Security Operations: Lead the implementation of CIS Controls and Zero Trust architecture. Monitor security logs and alerts (SIEM) to identify threats.
2. Lifecycle & PDPA Compliance Provisioning: Manage end-to-end employee onboarding/offboarding for IT assets and application credentials.
