Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary expert for LIMS and integrated company software.
- Oversee LIMS configuration, master data (test codes, ranges), and system customization.
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including workstations, peripherals, and software licensing.
- Lead and manage the IT team , ensuring efficient technical operations across the organization.
- Direct the maintenance of interfaces between LIMS and laboratory instrumentation.
- Oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on new integrations and interface development.
