Job Description
Salary Range: $200,000–$230,000 + bonus
Lead IT initiatives and Salesforce projects specifically within law firm environments, ensuring solutions meet legal business requirements and compliance standards.
Coordinate and influence cross-functional IT teams, including IT Support, Developers, Infrastructure, and Business Analysts, to achieve project goals.
Provide strategic direction for Salesforce implementations and optimizations, managing scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Apply strong IT leadership and project management skills to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-value technology solutions.
Establish IT governance, best practices, and process improvements to enhance solution quality, reliability, and maintainability.
