INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNOLOGY MANAGER (IT)
Location: Olifantsfontein, (Midrand/Centurion area) Gauteng Duties & Responsibilities IT Qualification is a must MS Office proficiency ERP System experience (SAP BPM) Office 365 experience Solid knowledge of MPLS VLAN configuration DMZ's Good understanding of VRF's/routing protocols Solid knowledge of Networking (N+) Good understanding of VOIP MCP certification is an advantage, but not mandatory Ensure that IT users utilize the relevant company computer equipment and IT infrastructure/network effectively Training users on new systems or software applications Providing support to users Providing 2nd level network support Ensuring backups for systems are performed Maintaining/repairing equipment, including printers and scanners Managing service level agreements Analyzing and assessing IT needs Helpdesk management - ensuring all calls are logged Clean criminal & credit record - will be verified Package & Remuneration
