What You'll Be Doing Manage the technology support helpdesk for all company staff. Oversee all network servers and business cloud storage systems. Ensure data security protocols are updated on schedule. Lead a team of internal technical support staff members. Manage computer hardware upgrades for all company staff teams. Required Qualifications Hold a Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Alternatively hold a Commerce degree in Informatics or equivalent.
