Job Description
IT Manager - Budget upto AED 18000 (Sports - Retail MANDATORY)
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage Retail ERP and POS systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail
- Lead application strategy enhancements, upgrades and integrations
- Ensure smooth store operations across POS, inventory, pricing, promotions and finance
- Manage CRM clienteling and SMS marketing platforms
- Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and insights
- Own Power BI dashboards and reporting for sales, inventory, finance and customer analytics
- Work closely with Infrastructure teams on store networks connectivity and system availability
- Manage vendors, partners, SLAs and application budgets
