Description We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Manufacturing Support specialist to join our team in Pittsburg, Kansas. This long-term contract position is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in Tier 1 technical support and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 technical support, addressing basic hardware, software, and system issues.
• Assist with password resets, account setups, and other Active Directory-related tasks.
• Monitor and resolve service desk tickets promptly and efficiently.
