About the team:
You will join our multinational Development & Tools team in Global IT. Here, we are responsible for monitoring the End-User Performance, Application Performance, and Infrastructure. Currently, we are using monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Aternity and Zabbix.
Your responsibilities:
Setup and maintenance of application and platform monitoring.Generation and publication of reports on application and infrastructure performance.Performing troubleshooting and performance analysis for all branches.Establishment of operational processes for full delivery of monitoring tool capabilities.Arrangement and coordination of monitoring deployment for application.Close cooperation with various technical teams and vendors to ensure and maintain vital dialogue and relationship in achieving common objectives.Updating and creating documentation and rep...
