Role Summary
Responsible for end-to-end IT delivery for new retail store openings, ensuring POS, network, connectivity, and infrastructure readiness for successful and timely Go Live across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT delivery from planning to Go Live and post-opening stabilization
- Manage end-to-end testing of POS, network, connectivity, and integrated systems
- Ensure IT readiness sign-off before store opening
- Oversee Go Live execution and provide real-time issue resolution
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure IT infrastructure readiness
