MSC Cruises, the 3rd largest cruise operator globally, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Observability Specialist to join our dynamic and international team in Naples. As an IT Observability Specialist , your primary objective is to enhance the organization's IT infrastructure by implementing and managing observability solutions. You will ensure real-time visibility, proactive monitoring, and rapid incident response across all IT systems. The job purpose encompasses designing and implementing observability frameworks, optimizing performance monitoring, and contributing to IT operations' overall resilience and efficiency.
