Where
Admin/ System Coordinator (Office Admin/ Basic IT/ 6 mths contract)Provide basic IT support and assist with simple troubleshooting
Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and support
Set up laptops for training sessions and meetings
Maintain and track IT inventory
Support routine tasks such as scheduled hardware swaps
Arrange IT setup for new hires and travelling employees
Assist with onboarding and offboarding (accounts, equipment, etc.)
Assist with simple SAP data entry (e.g., parts creation)
Handle ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements:
GCE ‘N’ Level or above
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in system administration, vendor coordination
Able to commit 6-mth contract
