Job Description
Job Scope: IT Operations & User Support Act as first point of contact for IT service requests and incidents.
Perform basic troubleshooting for common user issues (access, applications, devices).
Support onboarding and offboarding activities by following provided SOPs and checklists.
Coordinate with team and vendors for issue resolution.
Update IT service desk tickets and operational records.
IT Administration & Finance Support Track IT invoices, payment status, and chargebacks using defined templates or systems.
Coordinate with Finance and vendors on billing follow-ups.
Maintain IT administrative records for audit and compliance purposes.
Operate automated admin workflows (e.g. reminders, status updates, reports).
SharePoint Online - Site Build & Operations Create new SharePoint Online sites (communication or team sites) based on provided standards and examples.
Set up document libraries, lists, pages, navigation, and access permissions.
