Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 OS, hardware, and software issues
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Provide onsite and remote end‑user support
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, and Excel
- Handle Active Directory tasks such as password reset, account unlock, and group management
- Troubleshoot LAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN and basic network connectivity issues
- Configure and support printers, scanners, webcams, headsets, and USB devices
- Support AV/Meeting room devices including Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference systems
