A technology-driven insurance organisation is seeking an IT Operational Change & Release Lead to establish and manage a practical change and release capability within a lean technology environment. This role will ensure technology changes across applications, infrastructure, and database platforms are delivered safely while maintaining the agility required by the business.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and manage the technology change and release management capability.
- Coordinate technology changes across application, infrastructure, and database environments.
- Ensure changes are implemented safely with appropriate risk assessment and governance.
- Introduce practical processes, tools, and workflows to support efficient change coordination.
- Maintain transparency and communication across technology teams and business stakeholders.
