Job Description
We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to report to the Director of Information Technology.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee all IT operations (support, infrastructure, networks, systems, security).
- Manage technical managers and teams (support, system administrators, etc.).
- Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of critical systems.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage major incidents and coordinate recovery plans.
- Oversee change management.
- Manage IT vendors and service contracts.
- Participate in budget planning and operational cost control.
- Implement continuous improvement and process optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
