Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems Equivalent hands‑on experience
1–4 years experience in IT support, IT operations, or infrastructure support Are comfortable working in a ticketing / ITSM environment Duties Managing and resolving IT support tickets (onsite and remote) Providing first- and second-line IT support to users Supporting laptops, desktops, networks, and cloud-based systems Assisting with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments Managing user access via Active Directory / Azure AD Responding to IT incidents and outages with speed of execution Escalating and coordinating with vendors or senior engineers when required Documenting issues, fixes, and procedures clearly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
