This position for the Audi Revolut F1 Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
- Provide first-level support to end users (on-site and remote)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, andmaintainITsystems, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT systems
- Manage IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations
- Ensurecompliance with IT Policies
- Document support cases in the ticketing system
- Provide Onboarding IT Support
- Collaborate withexternal companiestowork on projects andresolvecomplexissues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes
