Responsibilities
Teams leadership.
Financial planning & analysis experience, Technical background, ITIL & PM Certification, excel master, team management, program and portfolio management experience.
Manage the strategic portfolio of projects to ensure compliance in scope, time, quality and budget.
Define the methodologies to manage the portfolio and manage the projects and evaluate the initiatives that must be structured as projects to enter the portfolio.
Manage and monitor the progress of the project portfolio, periodically delivering status reports and financial reports to the General Manager.
Manage the risks of the project portfolio, including stakeholder management, recommending actions and scaling the risks they expose to the company.
Evaluate compliance with the results committed in the Business Cases of each project and propose corrective actions in case of deviations.
