Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with process owners to gather, analyze, and document existing workflows, identifying key challenges and inefficiencies.
- Develop comprehensive gap analysis reports to support evaluation and decision-making for transformation projects that align with both business requirements and organizational goals.
- Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, reporting, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
