Build strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to lift readiness and adoption. Showcase your end-to-end P2P experience. Be a trusted key-user support, coaching and practical problem-solving for day-to-day users.
This role will provide hands-on procurement execution support and act as a local key user.
Key Responsibilities
- Support PR/PO processing, follow-up and issue resolution across the P2P cycle
- Ensure procurement activities align with new ERP/procurement processes and controls
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and master data collection to support readiness
- Drive supplier adoption of new processes and ways of working
- Act as local procurement key user for SAP S/4HANA (and related procurement tools)
- Support UAT, training coordination, and post-go-live support/troubleshooting
