The role ensures programmes are prioritised, governed effectively, delivered on time, and fully aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities of the IT Programme Manager

  • Ensure prioritisation, planning, and successful delivery of major IT programmes across warehousing and logistics
  • Operate within Culina Group’s PMO governance framework — including PID creation, RAID management, reporting, and gate reviews
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams, providing direction, coaching, and escalation support
