We are looking for a IT Project Infrastructure Engineerto work on a enterprise project.
This role requires someone who has experience in project coordination and involve inimplementation and system maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
- Support project delivery by ensuring timely completion of deliverables and achievement of project milestones
- Perform hardware and software installation for turnkey solutions
- Prepare and execute Statements of Work (SOW)
- Coordinate with customers and external vendors to resolve technical issues and problems
- Participate in System Acceptance Testing (SAT) with customers and external vendors
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system and network issues
- Develop, maintain, and update technical and configuration documentation
- Create and document network topologies, system diagrams, and technical schematics
