Role Summary: Lead and deliver end-to-end IT projects within banking environments across African markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle (initiation to closure) for banking IT initiatives
- Deliver projects across core banking, digital banking, payments, and integration platforms
- Engage with stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, and regulators
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations across African jurisdictions
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams
- Oversee vendor and third-party delivery performance
