Scope
Reporting to the Director, 1GX Strategic and Operational Excellence, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of IT projects. The role oversees all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, taking minutes, recording risks in the register, and monitoring progress. The position builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved, and prepares reports for upper management regarding project status and facilitates executive decision‑making.
