Job Description

Creating Peace of Mind by Pioneering Safety and Security

  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Process Governance, Architecture & Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously assess existing ITAM and procurement processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses based on best practices & industry standards
  • Proactively design, architect, and implement new processes, workflows, and controls to improve operational effectiveness and scalability in ITAM
  • Lead process reviews and governance discussions to ensure ongoing optimization and adherence
  • Establish and maintain documentation for all processes, workflows, and control mechanisms
  • Identify opportunities for automation and tool optimization (especially within ServiceNow)

  • 2. IT Asset Lifecycle Management

  • Manage full lifecycle of IT hardware assets (procure → deploy → maintain → retire/dispose)
