Description
Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, and networking. Document incidents and requests in the service management system. Assist in onboarding and training new employees on IT processes. Monitor and maintain IT service management tools.
