Integrated OS is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to provide efficient technical support across various business domains. You will be responsible for resolving Level 1 tickets and ensuring minimal downtime for end users.
The role includes troubleshooting IT issues, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining documentation. Ideal candidates should have 5-7 years of IT service desk experience, strong knowledge of Windows, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.
