IT Service Desk Specialist (f/m/d)

Responsibilities
- Take on, qualify, and handle incoming client requests (60% on‑site support, 40% remote multi‑client support, variable depending on client needs, up to 100% on‑site).
- Ensure accurate ticket entry, tracking, and closure in our ticketing tool.
- Escalate unresolved tickets to support and operations teams and partners.
- System administration (account creation, user rights management, etc.).
- Update technical documentation.
- Participate in technical interventions at client sites.
