We are seeking a hands‑on, proactive Shop Floor Support Technician to provide front‑line IT support within our production environment. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals directly on the shop floor. The successful candidate will ensure maximum uptime for production‑critical systems, scanners, printers, and workstations, working closely with production operators and engineering teams.

- Production Support : Act as the first point of contact for IT issues on the shop floor, responding immediately to downtime incidents to minimize operational impact.
- Hardware & Peripheral Maintenance : Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial PCs, rugged tablets, printers, barcode scanners, and label printers (e.g., Zebra).
