MCSE, M365 or Azure Certified or similar experience. 5-10 Years IT Management Experience Drivers license and own transport Knowledge Windows Server and Workstation experience. Solid understanding of Windows Active Directory and Windows Networking Ability to support Microsoft Office products and Office 365 products Good understanding of business and business requirements Skills Troubleshooting and fault finding Document writing Ability to work under pressure Ability to function in a team Honest and hardworking Prepared to work afterhours and go the extra mile.
