Job Overview :

Provide 24/7 SOC monitoring and incident response support.
- Act as first-level support: log incidents, perform initial analysis, and escalate critical issues.

Troubleshoot IPsec, SSL VPN, MPLS, and cloud networking environments.

Manage Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, WSUS, patching).
- Support cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, ELB, VPN Gateway, NAT, Security Groups).

Handle proxy configurations and network troubleshooting (DNS/DHCP).

Perform OS upgrades, software installations, and system updates.
