What You’ll Do
- Provide high level customer service while supporting case teams and office staff in a fast‑paced environment. Support laptops, desktops, MacBooks, smartphones, and telecommunications systems both in and outside the office.
- Assist in preparing and deploying laptops and MacBooks, including configuration and imaging. Support operating systems including Windows 11 and macOS, and key applications such as Microsoft 365.
