Our client, a global leader in chemical manufacturing with a strong presence in Asia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join their team in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issuesboth in person and remotely.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets in line with priority levels and SLA commitments.
- Maintain and manage core IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Lead the on-site rollout and implementation of global/regional IT projects.
- Keep our meeting rooms and collaboration tech (AV systems, video conferencing, etc.) running flawlessly.
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software for office and remote users.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle: track hardware, software licenses, and equipment inventory.
