- Provides management coverage to multiple facilities.
- Manage the IT function and related operations to ensure effective, reliable and accurate IT services are provided to Business Operations and Support functions.
- Provide prompt support to resolve operational issues related to Desk side transaction processing systems and services.
- Proactive performance monitoring of IT systems and services.
- Coordinate with other technology groups and ensure all IT issues are resolved effectively.
- Ensure audit recommendations are complied in a timely manner ensuring Information and Network security is maintained.
- Coordinate with Vendors in providing economical IT services and equipment as per company standards.
