- Troubleshoot and repair both hardware and software issues for computers
- Set up computers, installation, configuration and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Provide help desk support to employees for technical concerns
- Maintain IT asset inventory and create/update documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
