Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support (hardware, software, network troubleshooting)
- Install and configure computers, systems, and user accounts
- Maintain IT equipment and system performance
- Monitor and manage CCTV systems (recording, playback, maintenance)
- Assist in network and connectivity issues
- Handle basic documentation and IT reports
Qualifications
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge in hardware, software, and networking
- Knowledge in CCTV/DVR/NVR is an advantage
- Willing to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented
