• Ensures the availability, reliability, scalability, and manageability of the data storage environment• Works with key technical and business stakeholders to determine data and storage requirements and creates solutions to meet the requirements• Provides Level 2/3 technical system expertise; Oversight and accountability for resolution of outages, service level issues, and user/customer support needs in coordination with Operations Support• Manage capacity and performance of the Storage infrastructure ensuring high availability of all systems• Proactively monitor, test, collect and analyze system performance statistical data to improve quality & ensure optimal performance of all Storage environments• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to infrastructure systems, design, configuration, support and processes• Diagnose and resolve complex confi...
